Coaching Staff

Bob Beatrice - Athletic Director

Bob has led the Crossroads College Prep Athletic Department since 2000. Bob spent nine years at Sidwell Friends School in Washington DC coaching football, basketball, and baseball. He played college baseball at The Catholic University of America and spent time on the coaching staff at East Stroudsburg University. Bob also worked for the New York Yankees in the front office of their minor league operations. At Crossroads College Prep, Bob coaches Girls' Volleyball, Girls' Basketball, and Baseball.

Mark Norwood - Head Boys' and Girls' Soccer Coach

Mark has come to us after teaching at New City School. He is Varsity Soccer coach of both the boys and girls soccer programs and has done a tremendous job. Mark played college soccer at St. Louis University and has coached many years in the local youth leagues. Mark also served as an assistant coach prior to taking over the reigns of the program. Mark teaches mathematics at our school and is the father of two current Crossroads College Prep students.

Maggie Baisch - Volleyball

Maggie played college field hockey at William and Mary and will provide a tremendous burst of energy and expertise to both the Volleyball and Girls' Soccer programs.

Joe Stickley - Head Tennis Coach
