CCPS Athletics

At Crossroads College Prep, we provide an athletic experience that balances competition and team excellence with inclusion and community. We believe that our playing fields are our coaches’ classrooms, where students can learn a great number of things that will benefit them in their life beyond high school. We are creating teams for both genders that compete vigorously the proper way. We compete with class and sportsmanship.

With our no-cut policy, we provide an opportunity for students with a wide range of ability and experience to be part of a team atmosphere, learning the benefits of teamwork and cooperation as well as the importance of accountability. Crossroads College Prep athletes compete in the South Central Athletic Association in most sports. Our conference provides us with even competition with similarly sized schools. We also compete against most of the similar private schools in the area.

CCPS utilizes several local venues for home games. Beautiful Dwight Davis Tennis Center is the home for our back-to-back District Championship Girls’ Tennis team, Midwest Soccer Academy houses our District Champion Boys’ and Girls’ Soccer teams, and the main stadium in Forest Park is home of the Current Baseball squad.

On a yearly basis, Crossroads College Prep teams compete for and have won Conference Championships (Girls’ Basketball ’10,’11, Girls’ Soccer ’11, Girls’ Volleyball ’11), District Championships (Girls’ Tennis ’10,’11, Boys’ Soccer ’11, Girls’ Soccer ’11) and Sectional Championships (Boys’ Soccer ’11). Our student/athletes enjoy the success of our teams, and the manner in which we go about competing. The experience we provide our kids gives them memories and friendships that last a lifetime.
