Crossroads Juniors Sworn in to First District Congressional Youth Cabinet

On February 20, 2013, Crossroads juniors Royce Purley and Aliyah Wilson were sworn in to Missouri’s 1st District Congressional Youth Cabinet in a ceremony in the St Louis County Council Chambers. Royce and Aliyah were nominated to this post by Crossroads administration for their leadership and interest in civic engagement. They were confirmed by Congressman Wm. Lacy Clay’s staff and sworn in by the Congressman. Over the coming year, as members of the cabinet, they will advise Congressman Clay and his staff on matters of importance to youth in the district.
Crossroads places a high level of importance on social responsibility and civic engagement and is proud to be represented by Royce and Aliyah.
